4. COMMITTEE REPORTS and ASSIGNMENTS

   • Archives - John Arnott, Barb Downey, Jules Maule-ffinch

     Maria has Han’s archives for John [3 boxes]. Jules will scan all when she returns.

   • Awards - Barb Downey, Kate Agosta and past presidents

     No report. Blair has extra president and service awards.

   • Flower Shows - Kathy Ball, Barb Downey

     2 judges rule books for sale (Barb found 3 more with oasis stored in basement). Price $ 6.00 New list of judges.

   • Fundraising - Roz Elson, Jules Maule-ffinch

     Jules looking after that-- possible Veseys bulbs.

   • Garden Tour - Maria Pedersen, Jay Harding, Blair Day

     Maria almost has enough gardens

   • Meeting and Set-up - Tina Stone

     Require volunteers. Set-up time 6.30pm . Suggest putting flower show on west wall .

   • Membership - Tina Stone, Maud Featherstone

     OHA would like to know how many new members . Do not have to pay dues for life members.

   • Program& Trip - Sandra Kirby, Jules Maule-ffinch, Roz Elson

     Sandra reported all meeting have speakers cost about $ 900 for the year.
     Should have one new speaker per year. Get suggestions from the audience.
     Have invite from Woodbridge March 19th 8pm United Church, 8090 Kipling Ave.

   • Publicity - John Arnott

     Garden Tour in Canadian Gardening, House and Home, Tapestry,and Caledon In the Hills

   • Show Book - Kate Agosta, Barb Downey, Mary Watson, John Arnott, Kathy Ball, Jules Maule-ffinch

     On hold to get suitable picture; Nancy Hopkinson to proof read;
     Has no March, 2007 but has March 2008 decorative classes.
     Having a photo competition-- Judged; People choice.

5. NEW BUSINESS

   1. Grant ; Went in via courier.
   2. Photocopying; Township will do it for us.
   3. President’s Meeting ; Kate and Barb attended. Thornhill Sunday Feb 25th 1pm.
   • District 15 AGM ;April 28th Westway- Parkdale Society, Evans Ave , Toronto.
     Registration by April 4th . Kate will make a presentation from us for 2008.
   • 2007 OHA AGM ; Owen Sound Aug 10th –12th.
   • 2008 OHA AGM; Hosting by District 15
   • Successful Gardening; Free entry if you exhibit

6. NEXT BOARD MEETING

   St Alban’s Anglican Church Tuesday, April 10th 2007, 9.30am Nobleton Church .
